We’re really proud of the training and development we can offer you at NELFT and you’ll be fully supported to access external and internal funded courses to further your own professional development. We’re committed to ensuring you have the right skills now and in the future to deliver quality services to our patients. This support includes:
- All new starters receive a comprehensive Corporate Induction to welcome them to NELFT
- Local induction to familiarise with local policies and procedures
- Clinical mentorship for clinical staff
- Information, advice and guidance towards decision making on learning, training and work.
- NELFT library stocks a range of electronic and print resources to support clinical and non-clinical training and development including mobile apps and board games.
