Why Join Us?

When you join NELFT you’ll be joining a Trust where patients, service users and carers are our top priority.

Why not consider joining our team to help us continue to meet this priority and deliver on our commitments.

Here you can learn more about what makes NELFT a unique employer and see what some of our valued staff think about working with us.

We invest a lot in equality and diversity making sure the workforce is as representative as the patients we look after this gives me a sense of belonging and is one of the reasons I love being at NELFT so much.

“One of the best things about NELFT is the training and development opportunities. If you’re someone who’s really looking to develop and progress then NELFT would be a great place for you. Personally I’m just finishing a non medical prescribing course – if I had self funded that it would have been really expensive but NELFT have covered the cost and it’ll benefit me, as well as our team and patients.”
