NELFT is constantly innovating and seeking out new opportunities for AHPs to be involved with established and new services, and would welcome forward thinking clinicians to apply and join our team.

Our Physiotherapists work in a range of clinical settings across inpatient, community and specialist environments, as well as emerging services such as Long Covid clinics. We have AHP professionals (Prothetics/Orthotics) working at comprehensive rehab facilities. We have speech and language therapists delivering both adult and children’s therapies in schools, the community and digitally, along with dietitians delivering nutritional advice using face to face and digital methods too.

Our multidisciplinary preceptorship programme supports new graduates to transition from student to professional. You will get a shared learning experience with other AHPs and nursing staff to support and guide you in the early stage of your career.

We have a band 5 Occupational Therapy (OT) rotation that provides you with the opportunity to work across a number of specialities, developing a range of skills including posts within mental health, physical health and learning disabilities.

We also have numerous Occupational Therapists in management positions; evidence of the rewarding career pathway we offer here at NELFT.
