You will need to be an innovator who is motivated to support the ongoing transformation of children’s mental health services. You will be responsible for the clinical leadership of CAMHS, working closely with the Directors, Associate Medical Director,  Assistant Directors, and Clinical Leads across the boroughs and the Assistant Programme director for CAMHS Transformation.   You also require a post-graduate psychological practitioner qualification (e.g. Clinical / Counselling Psychologist, Family Therapist, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist).

You will require strategic understanding and excellent communication skills to develop effective relationships with key partners, including the local authority, GPs, voluntary sector organisations, commissioners, and other statutory agencies.

You will have extensive clinical and operational leadership experience to support the teams, acting as an effective team member whilst working on our own initiative. You will supervise pre-registration students/trainees and post-graduate qualified staff. You will have a commitment to collaborative working and actively supporting and liaising with other health and social care professionals and agencies.
