The Integrated Respiratory Team have several aspects of service provision which support the NHS Long Term Plan where consultant support would be of value including:
- Respiratory Virtual Wards – involving a early supported discharge and admission avoidance pathways
- Community Home Oxygen Service, that also links in with Hospital at home to support COVID weaning pathway
- COPD Team
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service
- Breathlessness and Diagnostics Service.
