Redbridge Home Treatment Team Manager

 An exciting opportunity  has arisen in one of the NELFT  Home Treatment   Teams (HTT)  to lead a highly committed and innovative team  as their Team Manager. 

The team serves the population of Redbridge   adult service users who are in a mental health crisis in order to offer treatment at home in the least restrictive way. The team  aims to formulate a person centred recovery plan which addresses a range of needs to resolve  the crisis and work with the service user and their support network to develop strategies in order to prevent any future relapse.

The  HTT works very closely with other services within NELFT as well as wider services to support the patient journey. The Team Manager will be expected to sustain these key relationships and promote good  interface in order to ensure a smooth journey for the service user.
