The main responsibilities of the post are:
– Investigating, problem solving and dealing with system maintenance
– Provide training, advice and assistance to system users
– Ensuring staff queries about the use of the HR systems are answered in line with Trust guidance and governance requirements
– Maintenance and audit of HR systems data and databases
– Provide and support the production of adhoc ESR and Healthroster Reports
The ideal candidate should have:
– Knowledge of electronic rostering systems
– Analysis of data
– Good understanding of IT and applications
– Good customer service and experience of dealing with difficult situations
