Clinical Team Lead

The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership and supervision for junior members within the team, and work with the senior team to ensure services are compliant with CQC standards. In addition, applicant will support the Operational Manager with recruitment and retention of staff.

The Clinical Lead will ensure the Trust maintains high standards of care planning and risk assessments of people who use the service and helps support the work of Local Authority and other key stakeholders.
